WELCOME! LIBB was
founded in Nov. 2002, by two friends in a band tired of the same old scene.
Tired of playing with the same bands, promoters who wanted advanced ticket
sales, guarantees of 25-50 people at each show. (Let's face it! How many of
our friends go to every show!) So, we started this site. The goal is
to help promote original bands on Long Island. If your tired of playing to
the same people, and with the same bands, than this site can help your band
create a new following. The more different bands you play with the more
people hear your music. So if you wanna play on a show, E-mail us with the
show and time you want and a contact phone number. This site also contains
free link page to add your band. We are currently looking to add more
venues, and will post pictures from every show. |
